My name is Rauf Melikov.
My journey in the design and interior industry began in 2012, when I started developing European furniture brands in the Russian market. Over the years, I gained extensive experience in building dealer networks, developing partnerships and promoting brands among architects and designers.
With time, I realized that I wanted to create an agency focused not only on sales, but on long-term brand development, strategy and trusted partnerships.
This is how RISHE Agency was born.
The name RISHE is connected to my family history — it is my grandmother’s family name. For me, it represents more than a company name; it symbolizes responsibility, respect for my roots and a personal commitment to every project.
Today, RISHE Agency helps European brands develop in the Russian market by analyzing opportunities, creating strong partnerships, working with the professional design community and communicating the true value of each brand.
I believe that a brand cannot be truly represented without understanding its history, its philosophy and the people behind it.
That is why we build our relationships with partners on trust, respect and
a shared goal - creating sustainable growth for many years to come.
